10 Best "Value" Wines of 2024
Expertise level: all levels.

A large and influential wine group (magazine & websites) recently announced what it considers the 10 best “value” wines of 2024.  Interested? - these are diverse wines in terms of style. What criteria do they use to define “value?” Would you agree with them? We will review & taste their #1 value wine for 2024… and others (from the list if those wines are available locally otherwise other “value” wines will be reviewed).  

All UBC Emeriti and their guests are welcome. Participants will need at least one ISO one glass (available for $5) and the cost for the wines and food is estimated to be $15-20 (cash) per person.

Please brief guests on our “drinking” approach/policy - wine education with a sip & spit approach - and if your intention is to participate/bring guests confirm with ahead of time.
