Main Headings should be an H2

Sub Headings should be in H3

Everything else should be in paragraph. 

When linking information it should not be bold. Links outside of the website should open as a new window.

If linking to another EC page - then it can be bold and doesn't need to open as a new window.

Cards

Landing Pages can have cards that run along the bottom. The background colour should be grey and the region width should be narrow. Generally we only use image cards. See Basic Page Template to see what a "Featurette" looks like as well as the option to add text after the cards.
