The Faculty Women's Club would like to invite the  professors emerti to join us by Zoom in listening to Dr. Eleanor Boyle discuss her most recent book "Mobilize Food!  Wartime Inspiration for Environmental Victory Today"(2022). She will outline and discuss her research into WWII food programs in Britain. There are powerful lessons that the historical case study offers us for developing fair and healthy food systems and fighting the climate crisis.
