UBC Research Centre's Wine Library Tour and Tasting Older-Vintage Wines
Expertise level: all levels.
On Thursday January 11, 2024, the UBC-EC Understanding Wine SIG will meet in the afternoon at the UBC Research Centre’s Wine Library for a tour led by Dean Emeritus Murray Isman (and Lecturer Emeritus David McArthur). After the tour, the group will move nearby for a tasting review of select and older vintage wines (duration 1.5 to 2 hours) - from David’s collection/recent purchases.
