Travel Group April 15, 2021
At the April meeting of the EC Travel Group, Steve Savitt will present “A Dinner at the Centre of the World: The Greatest Urban Show on Earth?” In this presentation, he will talk about Shanghai and focus on what it is like to have dinner on the terrace of M on the Bund in Shanghai on a beautiful June evening.

Photo Group April 2021
The theme for April 9 is “Movement”. Please submit up to 3 photos, plus one extra if you would like to use a “before” photo to show how you processed one of your photos.
Send your photos to me at richard@rhspencer.ca. Please number your photos if you would like me to show them in a particular order.
You can send them as email attachments, zip files, or downloads from an online site. If you include them in the body of an email, you should avoid letting your software reduce the size of the photos to any resolution less than about 1000 x 800 pixels (within reason, bigger is generally better!).

Cinnamon Bun Fundraiser
UBC Faculty Women's Club (FWC) is making “UBC Cinnamon Buns” with Chef Andy, hosted by CBC Radio’s Amy Bell.
They are raising funds for the FWC Childcare Bursary for UBC Students.
Cost: $30 payable by cheque or e-transfer to UBC Development Office (tax receipt issued).
